Sign Up Policy
The sign up board will be posted 15 minutes prior to class. Due to the limited number of spaces in each class. Members and Non-Members must be present in the gym to sign their name to the list.
Class Descriptions
Are you new to fitness classes? We encourage you to try classes to change up your workout routine, to motivate you to take to the next level and for plain old fashioned fun!
Tips for class:

Don’t try and keep up with the instructor – they are teaching for all levels!

Keep your weights low or perhaps no weights at all just do the movements.

Cardio can leave you huffing and puffing! That’s ok; simply march on the spot until you are ready to join in again.

Tell our certified instructors if you have any limitations so they can provide a modification.

Bring lots of water and a towel for sweating.
Classes are an amazing way to see your progress. It won’t be long before you realize you didn’t stop or you added a pound or two to your weights.

MX4
30 min, small group, high intensity interval training that provides a mix of cardio, strength, power and endurance.

RISE & GRIND
Core, agility, strength and cardio training. A fun and motivating, high intensity class, doing body weight exercises. Suitable for all gym goers and early in the morning ☺

FIT FAB FUN
A mix of cardio, toning, core strengthening and stretching using chairs, resistance bands and more This class is designed specifically for a varying fitness level.

TOTAL BODY BURN
A combination of barbells and hand weights suitable for all level of participants. Feel the burn on 8-10 body parts per class for a total body workout that burns calories, strengthens and tones.

CARDIO, STRENGTH & JOINT MOBILITY
Stay limber through a series of stretches and increase your joint strength & mobility.

THE POWER HOUR
A strength and conditioning class set to music using different weights and techniques to tone from head to toe.

SATURDAY SHAKE-UP
Start off your weekend with our Saturday morning cardio/strength class that will get your heart pumping. Each week, our instructors rotate the class and give you something to look forward to.

DE STRESS YOGA
This class combines the slow paced yin yoga postures that are held for longer periods of time and are very relaxing. The practice targets the deep connective tissues and joints in the body, specifically in the hips, shoulders leaving you feel lighter. This is a great way to end your evening and enjoy a restful sleep.

YOGA - MORNING FLOW
A gentle approach to yoga with postures that are easier on the body. Perfect for anyone looking for some good stretches without the strenuous work on the muscles.
